Each product on our websites is delivered by a specific shipping method determined either by the manufacturer of the product ordered or by Furniture-Buys.com when the order is ready to be shipped. It is our intention that you receive your items in as short a time as feasible and in optimum condition to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. While we offer free shipping for most of our products, the original shipping charges, handling fees and return shipping for the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund. In addition threre will be a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.
**Refunds will be processed once products are returned to the distribution centre**

**A delivery should never be refused. Open the carton and inspect the contents to check that the item itself has not been damaged. If your order is damaged, write “PACKAGE DAMAGED” on the carrier’s signing sheet**
Accept the package and then contact us. Do not refuse the order based only on an external inspection of the packaging.
Should an item need to be returned for whatever reason, as outlined in our return policy, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping and restocking fees, which will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Any of the following situations will be considered returns and are subject to our Standard Return Policy:
• Refusal of delivery of an item the customer wanted to cancel but could not because the product had already been shipped.
• Refusal of delivery of the product because the customer no longer wants it as a result of one of many reasons that normally falls under “buyer remorse.”
• Refusal of delivery because the product arrives damaged. As explained above, Furniture-Buys.com will do its best to correct damage issues, but it must first be received by the customer and documented as damaged before a claim can be processed.

Contacting the manufacturer first will be faster than calling Furniture-Buys.com and having us call them on your behalf.
If there are too many damaged parts, a new unit will be sent to you. The maximum number of parts to be replaced is determined by the manufacturer. If this number is above the predetermined limit, the manufacturer will send you a new item. When the new item is sent to you, it will be fully insured by Furniture-Buys.com and we will pay all shipping costs. Depending on the manufacturer’s practices and policies, you should receive your replacement parts or unit in 10 to 14 business days of processing your replacement parts request.
